About Our Daily Fitness Classes

We understand some people work better in teams or are just looking for something that better fits their budget. Our HIIT-style fitness classes are 45 minutes long, making it easy to find a time in your calendar to join us.

We approach your fitness, exercise and health program to include cardio, endurance, movement strength and power. We have created a safe, fun, and educational experience for all of our clients.

Classes have a strong emphasis on weightlifting and strength training. Each class focuses on different muscle groups! Great for building strength, toning, and burning fat.

With a balanced mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, and machines. We strive to teach good form and correct posture while performing each movement. Classes at Local Fit are great for individuals looking to learn how to lift weights safely.

Mondays

Instructor: Mitch, Ben

Times: 8am, 12pm, 6:30pm

Focus: Chest and back

Example exercises: chest press, flys, rows, pull-downs

Tuesdays

Instructor: Ben, MJ

Location: 1500 Summit Ave, Seattle, WA 98122

Times: 8am, 12pm, 6:30pm

Focus: Legs

Example exercises: squats, lunges, leg press, hamstring curls, calf raises

Wednesdays

Instructor: John, Mitch

Times: 8am, 12pm, 6:30pm

Focus: Shoulders and arms

Example exercises: overhead press, lateral and front raises, tricep extensions, bicep curls etc

Thursdays

Instructor: Ben, MJ

Times: 8am, 12pm, 6:30pm

Focus: Full body

A mix of all exercises for that full body workout.

Emphasis on conditioning and core strength..

A mix of compound movements, machines and cables.

  • Some of the main exercises we focus on are weights, kettle bells, trx, plyometrics, cardio, core and bodyweight movements. Each class wraps up with dynamic cool down stretches.

  • We encourage everybody to bring a towel for your face and a water bottle for hydration.

  • We like to keep our group fitness classes fresh, offering different workouts each day.
