Capitol Hill's daily strength studio

Classes built into the rhythm of the hill

Tucked right on Summit Ave, our Capitol Hill gym was built around the way people actually live and train in this neighborhood. Whether you are walking over from Broadway, squeezing in a session before a downtown commute, or hitting an evening class after work, the studio is right where you need it to be.

We run small-group fitness classes six days a week, with up to five time slots per weekday — so you are never locked into an impossible schedule. Morning, lunchtime, and evening slots give you the flexibility to train consistently, no matter how unpredictable your workweek gets.

Unlike big-box gyms where you are left to wander around or crowded studio classes where the instructor barely knows your name, our classes give you the energy and accountability of training alongside others, paired with the attention of an experienced strength coach who is watching your technique from start to finish.
